Our purpose is to always deliver good local support in connection to our products. In fact this is in many cases being considered as a competitive advantage. In spite of us being fairly small our support is much appreciated.
When need for support occurs we kindly ask customers to initially use the suggested support portals we supply them with. There they will be asked to briefly describe the problem as well as provide versions of the product and other applicable details. We will then jointly with the vendor contact the customer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
